Strength. Run. Food. Cat. The usual nonsense. The restaurant pho was from last night. I needed it. I was soooo miserably sick the second half of Tuesday and all of yesterday. Thankfully doing better today. Hoping I can do my 8 miles tomorrow but I will not kill myself to make it happen. Right now I still need more sleep. ✌🏼
Slept super well again last night with a 98 sleep score. Woke up weighing 142.0 but I have a slight headache today. Almost skipped hitting legs for the treadmill but I’m going to at least try first. Had half a keto Hawaiian bun with fiber strawberry jelly as pre workout fuel. Happy Friday!!! Let’s finish the week strong.
Another day another post workout selfie. Today I wanted to buy a pizza and a bunch of chocolate and lie in bed after work but instead I ate a stir fry with tofu and went to the gym and feel soooo much better for it, physically and emotionally. I focused on my shoulders back and some core but I’m thinking of budgeting for a personal trainer to work on my form. Should I be feeling lat pulldowns in my shoulders?
